What Facials Are Available?
Goodman Dermatology offers the following facial treatments:

- A deep cleansing and exfoliating treatment to improve congestion and acne on the back. Includes steam exfoliation, extractions, purifying mask, and anti-bacterial hydrator.
- Acne Facial
- This treatment focuses on purifying the skin along with extractions to minimize breakouts and congestion. Includes LED light treatment or high frequency therapy to further assist skin healing.
- Anti-Aging Facial
- This treatment focuses on improving the signs of aging, including skin tone, texture, and elasticity. Skin appears rejuvenated and revived and includes LED light treatment to boost collagen and elastin production.
- Soothing Skin Facial
- A soothing treatment that focuses on calming skin types with a compromised barrier. A perfect choice for those with rosacea, dehydrated, irritated, or sensitive skin. Includes a luxurious biocellulose recovery sheet mask for additional soothing and hydrating.
What Can I Expect During the Facial Treatment?
Your facial treatment can vary depending on the treatment plan we develop during your consultation. Typically, the facial treatment begins with cleansing the skin. Then, a personalized facial solution will be applied to the skin. This solution may rest on the skin for a set amount of time, allowing the nutrients and ingredients to penetrate the skin and deliver maximum benefit. Afterwards, the facial solution will be cleansed from the skin, and treatment will be complete. This process can take between 30 minutes and an hour depending on the facial treatment performed.
Are There Any Side Effects After Facials?
There are no side effects after the facial treatment. If anything, patients notice that their skin feels smoother, more hydrated, and generally refreshed.
Is There Any Downtime Required After a Facial?
There is no downtime or recovery period necessary after a facial. In fact, patients are able to return to work and other activities immediately after their appointment.
