What Can I Expect During the Dermaplaning Treatment?
The dermaplaning treatment is generally considered to be comfortable and requires no anesthetic. During treatment, a scalpel will be gently scraped across the skin’s surface. You can expect a mild scratching sensation during this process, but it is gentle enough to preserve the health of the skin and will not cause bleeding or scarring. The dermaplaning treatment is typically completed in about 30 minutes.
