About Dr. Rupley
Dr. Katherine Rupley is a board-certified dermatologist who earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University where she graduated as valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude. She attended LSU Medical School in New Orleans followed by her internal medicine intern year at LSU in Baton Rouge, LA. After finishing her intern year she made the move to New York City to complete her dermatology residency training at New York Medical College. During residency, Dr. Rupley served as the Cosmetics and Aesthetic Training Coordinator and trained in hospitals throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Coney Island.
Dr. Rupley takes pride in providing exceptional and personalized care to her patients. She specializes in general medical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. She is trained extensively in cosmetic dermatology including the delicate arts of Botox, Juvederm and other fillers, Kybella, and laser treatments. She dedicates herself to developing a specific and individualized treatment plan that addresses each patient’s desired cosmetic outcomes. She will work with you to get the results you desire.
Dr. Rupley also sees patients of all ages with general dermatology concerns. She has a special interest in treating acne, acne scar, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer prevention and treatment.
She has published journal articles in several well-known journals including the Journal of the American Medical Association Dermatology. She is a current member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Medical Association.
