About Dr. Ivanov
Nedyalko Ivanov, DO, FAAD, was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio (Go Browns!). He completed his undergraduate studies at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, in electrical and computer science engineering where he graduated magna cum laude in 2013.
He attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school and graduated in 2019. Following medical school, he completed his internship and dermatology training at Beaumont Health (Farmington Hills) in Farmington Hills, Mich., where he served as chief resident during his final year.
Dr. Ivanov specializes in surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He brings advanced expertise in the treatment of skin cancer and reconstructive surgery, along with a strong dedication to personalized patient care. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. He also has numerous manuscript publications in esteemed medical journals.
Dr. Ivanov’s passion for dermatology comes from making a meaningful impact through helping people be comfortable in their own skin. He is detail-oriented and approaches each patient with compassionate and high-quality care. He has served as camp counselor for the American Academy of Dermatology Camp Discovery, volunteered at melanoma races, and has spent time mentoring medical students who are pursuing dermatology.
In his free time, he enjoys training for triathlons in honor of his father, and spending time outdoors with his family and golden retriever, Mowgli. Dr. Ivanov is eager to serve the northern Atlanta community for all their dermatologic needs.
